When Mónica Cataluña-Shand of KoRes Corp was installed as the new president of the NAWBO Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Chapter for the 2011-2012 period, she asked us to create an individual logo to identify the concept and spirit that she intends to infuse her term with.

“The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) propels women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide”. (http://www.nawbo.org/section_23.cfm)

The newly designed logo will work in combination with the well known NAWBO logo and will be used in local invitations, event programs and chapter activities.

The illustration of the butterfly identifies with the idea that women business owners can reach high levels and accomplish everything they dream of. The color palette is bright, positive and has a feminine flair that the members of the organization will be able to relate to.

Congratulations to Mónica and best wishes for her term.
